GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- book routine appointments with your GP, or cancel appointments already made
- advise us of change of contact details
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results (available upon request)
Other patients have found having an Online account is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices
Registering for an Online Account
Please remember each patient needs a unique email address, i.e. no two patients can use the same email address to access the system
To sign up go to https://www.patientaccess.com/ and click on register.
If you have difficulty, please go to https://support.patientaccess.com/registration/register-without-a-letter
Once you have successfully registered, please attend Vicarage Field Surgery with your two forms of ID (one photographic, eg passport or driving licence, and one proof of address, eg utility bill). You will not have access to full services until you provide your ID.
Please allow at least two working days for us to activate your account for full services once you have provided your ID.
