NHS Health Checks

Everyone is at risk of developing heart disease, stroke, diabetes, kidney disease and some forms of dementia. The good news is that these conditions can often be prevented-even if you have a history of them in your family.

For adults aged 40-74 without a pre-existing condition, a NHS Health Check can spot early signs of circulatory or vascular disease and help prevent these happening to you.

A NHS Health Check will prepare you better for the future and enable you to take steps to maintain or improve your health

If you would like a health check please ask at Reception for details.
