How to Order

2. Once you are happy to proceed, send us your practice leaflet
3. Less than a week later you will receive an email giving you all the information you need to view and edit your new website. Evaluate your site over the next 7 days. If you are happy, an invoice will follow in the post.

What are the Features?

• Every website comes fully populated with the entire contents of your practice leaflet and all of our default content (see our demo site). This latter includes carefully selected links to minor illness information and other sites dedicated to particular medical conditions and organisations. It also includes default text describing your complaints procedure, violence statement and patient confidentiality. There are pages for non-English speakers to determine their rights to treatment by the NHS, podcasts from the Sussex ambulance service and much more.
• Each page has a password protected editor page 'behind it' that allows you to update the content whenever you wish. The editor is very similar to MS Word and as easy to use. Everything is editable.
• A contact details page with your address, a map and a contact form.
• A choice of templates to alter the appearance of your site that you can change any time you wish.
• An appointments page describing your appointments procedure and stating your opening hours.
• There are many secure forms available for your use. See a full list in the column on the right.
• All of the forms can be switched on or off by you any time you wish using the simple Options and Settings panel.
• There is a password protected Staff Home page where you can access your Repeat Prescriptions Manager, Test Results manager, print a poster for your waiting room, view site usage etc.
• Upload your own files and pictures simply and easily using our Online Files Manager.

Dedicated Website Address

We will also set up and manage a personalised domain name for your practice so your patients will be able to find your website simply and easily. You can choose your own address and we will take care of it for you. An example may be something like www.lislecourt.co.uk

If you already have your own address we will help you to redirect it to your new site.

Having your own personal address means that you can include it on all practice documentation and advertising so your patients can always find you online.
